How Dragonfile Came to Life
William Piacenti, with over 25 years in the flood insurance claims and property claims industry, had hit a breaking point. The systems on the market were complicated, inefficient, and frankly, didn’t get the job done. They did everything for everybody but weren’t designed with adjusters in mind. After trying several off-the-shelf solutions, William found himself needing more staff just to manage the software than to handle claims. It was clear: the industry needed a change.
So, William took matters into his own hands. What started as a solution for his own firm quickly grew into Dragonfile—a claims management system designed by adjusters, for adjusters, to fill the gaps in the industry.
